Gorgeous rooms and property with pools & enormous swim hot tubs along with stunning Red Rock views!

Good place to stay for families. Needs some updating. Good price and comfortable bed.

Rooms have a musty smell.. older decor/ not recently updated. On a positive note- the bed was very comfortable. The area is very beautiful and extremely quiet.

I didn’t like the musty smell in the room. We slept with the sliding door open. I also didn’t like the check-in. We were given terrible directions to the room which could’ve been explained very simply.

Best Option in Sedona!

It was conveniently located, and incredibly clean. The room was very well equipped with thoughtful touches. I asked about ice, and a staffer delivered a large bag, maybe three pounds to the room within 15 minutes of getting to my room. 10/10 recommend.

Very nice studio with small kitchen, cozy and well appointed.

Location had traffic noise so ask for room on north side of property. Pool is very small. Staff a bit pushy on trying to sell condos, offered 'welcome gift' with strings attached.

Everything was great!

Go-cart drivers driving super fast and with no caution. Drove super fast past behind when car backing up to park and drove super fast past in front of the car when the car pulling up to park. Not safety for both parties

Loved the Hilton Sedona Vacation Summit. Recommended it to friends and would stay there again!

We got a room with a view which was a nice surprise. The size of the room was perfect (one king bed, a couch, kitchenette, and spacious bathroom). The pool and hot tubs were great too!

Bad wifi. Didn't like that there wasn't room service. We stayed for four nights which I believe is enough time to get room service. Didn't leave a tip because there wasn't frequent room service.

Good if you want a apartment vibe for your stay

It was nice having a lot of space to spread out, comfy couch, great bathtub and shower, kitchen was adequate. Location worked well for us.

The dryer was not very effective, we had to run it 5+ times to get our clothes to dry. They definitely try to get you to go to a timeshare presentation, I was prepared for it based on past reviews, but it still felt a little pushy.

It was a good stay, a good location. We liked the room and large living room and kitchen.

It was just my sister and me (65 and 72 yo). Room and living room were spacious, bathroom was very nice. Balcony was ok. No view. Kitchen was adequate. Location was good - outside of the main traffic area of Sedona.

The stairs up and down were crazy. I liked the exercise, but my sister not so much. Why didn't they put a ramp directly to the second floor? You had to go down the stairs to go up. Dishwasher. needs replacing. We waited for abouit 2 hours for staff to bring a plunger, and they didn't pick it up outside our door for the 3 days.

They need to pay attention to maintenance. The bathroom sink splatters water everywhere. The front of my clothes always got wet, and that was with the water turned down low.

Nice quiet getaway hotel.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Location is right off the highway and very easy to find. Beautiful view of the mountains from the room.

The TV had cable channels, but the channel guide did not work. You could only see the number and the station name, but not the program that was playing. It was like watching TV in the 90's! The TV in the living room had a second box that could be used for watching Netflix, etc, but there was no second box in the bedroom. There are no restaurants at the facility. It would be nice to be able to go and get a meal without having to drive. There are lots of restaurants within 5-10 min drive. The room numbers are confusing. There are 2 rooms right next to each other with similar numbers, i.e. 150, and 150P. The number written on our key card envelope was 150M, which ended up not being an actual room number, but ours was 150.

Watch out for the timeshare hard sell at check in!

The accommodation was very comfortable, and we liked the hot tub and pool.

We didn't like the way that during check in we were given the hard sell to buy into their time share apartments, as well as trying to sell us local excursions. It was totally unacceptable and unnecessary, particularly as we had been traveling all day and just wanted to get settled in to our accommodation. To add to this, on the day of our departure the room servicing staff were knocking on our door somewhat before check out time.

Friendly stuff , they allowed us early check in 🤩 Nice room , beds and pillows really comfortable. The Kitchen had everything we needed to make our own meals. Wide selection of pools and hot tub . Hammock area Free washing machine and dryers . Great location .

No housekeeping service . We stayed 5 nights and no one came in to clean our room or provided fresh towels.

The room was very spacious, quiet, clean, and nice. We loved the huge bath tub! The bed was fluffy, and there were enough amenities and towels. Kitchen with all the kitchen tools and dishes, big refrigerator were also very convenient. We really enjoyed the stay.

Wired small bugs in the kitchen sink and some small cockroaches near the kitchen and living room area. We couldn’t get the nice view from the balcony.
