Amazing destination away from the traffic

Easy access with great parking. The unit was very spacious with lovely balcony overlooking the pool.

Nice quiet getaway hotel.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Location is right off the highway and very easy to find. Beautiful view of the mountains from the room.

The TV had cable channels, but the channel guide did not work. You could only see the number and the station name, but not the program that was playing. It was like watching TV in the 90's! The TV in the living room had a second box that could be used for watching Netflix, etc, but there was no second box in the bedroom. There are no restaurants at the facility. It would be nice to be able to go and get a meal without having to drive. There are lots of restaurants within 5-10 min drive. The room numbers are confusing. There are 2 rooms right next to each other with similar numbers, i.e. 150, and 150P. The number written on our key card envelope was 150M, which ended up not being an actual room number, but ours was 150.

Watch out for the timeshare hard sell at check in!

The accommodation was very comfortable, and we liked the hot tub and pool.

We didn't like the way that during check in we were given the hard sell to buy into their time share apartments, as well as trying to sell us local excursions. It was totally unacceptable and unnecessary, particularly as we had been traveling all day and just wanted to get settled in to our accommodation. To add to this, on the day of our departure the room servicing staff were knocking on our door somewhat before check out time.

Relaxing

Friendly stuff , they allowed us early check in 🤩 Nice room , beds and pillows really comfortable. The Kitchen had everything we needed to make our own meals. Wide selection of pools and hot tub . Hammock area Free washing machine and dryers . Great location .

No housekeeping service . We stayed 5 nights and no one came in to clean our room or provided fresh towels.

Spacious nice room!

The room was very spacious, quiet, clean, and nice. We loved the huge bath tub! The bed was fluffy, and there were enough amenities and towels. Kitchen with all the kitchen tools and dishes, big refrigerator were also very convenient. We really enjoyed the stay.

Wired small bugs in the kitchen sink and some small cockroaches near the kitchen and living room area. We couldn’t get the nice view from the balcony.

Nice hotel no amenities small pools

I didn’t like that we had someone from hotel come into our room when I was getting out of shower. We had do not disturb sign on door but he still can in . We have traveled a lot and never had that happen. When we told front desk they said oh sorry .

Fantastic way to spend a week in Sedona.

So much to do. We swam in 2 of the pools. We extensively participated in the scheduled activities. The rooms were nice.

Beautiful views and convenient location

My room 268P had a great sunrise/sunset view from the balcony. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Room was clean. Loved the fact that I had a mini kitchen with refrigerator/freezer, microwave, stove top, sink, dishwasher! I could eat my breakfast and lunches there.

I had to lug my luggage down many steps from car and then up 2 flights to my room. Thankfully I am able to do this, but some may find this a problem. Room decor seems a bit out dated.

If i were to stay here again, I would need a suite with natural light and 2nd floor.

Convenient to lobby and pools. The suite was clean and functional.

Suite was very dark all the time, crowded by surrounding buildings and I felt exposed on the ground floor with the patio accessible from the path. I wasn't there during the day anyway, therefore decided not to request a move to a brighter room.
