    One of my absolute favorite places to stay in Vegas, such a good deal for the money! love the shuttle service as well as the pool being open super late

    I wasn't even checked out of this place before writing my Google review, giving it zero stars if I could. The cleanliness upon arrival was mediocre. The countertops looked clean at 1st glance, but were gritty to the touch. I always clean my hotel room, as I have little faith in there being high standards of cleanliness, so I didn't say anything. Other than that, no problems on day 1. Day 2, no hot water after returning from a concert after 11pm. There had been hot water up until leaving earlier that morning. Called for maintenance immediately. I was not told though that it is 1 person servicing 3 properties, and he wasn't at ours. I had to call back again to find that out after waiting for too long. I don't know what it is about late night, but day 3 (last night there), again around 11pm, the toilet clogs. Called it in immediately, and was told someone would be sent right away. Over 2 hours later, no maintenance, and no one manning the front desk (I called numerous times, and even walked into the lobby), even though I was told at check in that they are open 24 hrs. I fell asleep, and then woke up around 2:30ish, called the front desk AGAIN, got a new person on the phone, and finally had maintenance sent up. Aside from my own experience, other facts potential stayers should consider: just like others say on their Google reviews, the walls are thin, so if you have neighbors who talk at a moderate volume (not even super loud) you will be able to make out everything they say if you stand within 2 feet of the walls; even though the shuttle time to Excalibur says every 30 minutes, it's really every hour. And if you stay at Club Soleil 1 or the Tahiti, the shuttle starts at Club Soleil, and will most likely do a quick drive-by that you'll miss if you're not early and standing right outside at the pickup. You can just kiss it goodbye if you think you can wait inside for the shuttle. Oh, and Club de Soleil had responded to my Google review the next day, apologizing and saying that I could call management to discuss any of my concerns, but then removed it before I could reach out to them. Stay at your own risk. There will be no accountability on their part if you don't enjoy your stay.
