Big room, comfortable, pet friendly, excellent service at restaurant and lounge. Karen and all the ladies serving were great. Lady at front desk at checkout was lovely as well.
Some hairs in shower wall

What makes this place shine is the staff, and their restaurant. Complimentary breakfast was fantastic, so good that we ended up opting to have supper there too (at our own expense), and it was delicious.
The beds were extremely comfortable, as were the pillows.
Complimentary Wi-Fi worked flawlessly.
Shout out to the restaurant staff who were very entertaining and attentive without being "too attentive."
The room we were in could use a detail cleaning, as there were dust bunnies in areas that most people wouldn't notice. It is very obviously a very 70s/80s building.
Our room had two dining chairs, but no dining table (a little odd).
