Decent location to Fisherman's Wharf and surrounds. Service was hit and miss, depending on the staff member you encountered. A hotel that likes to charge for everything (early check-in, one hour later check-out). There were chips/crisps and beef jerky packet beside the bed from previous guests. Shower pressure is poor. Very Very noisy hotel. We could hear the person in the room next door on the phone and could hear the person they were talking to through the phone also. Loud housekeepers banging around early in the morning.
Overall - good hotel in a decent location, the small things need to be improved.
