It was beautiful! Very clean! Many activities to do. Swimming in pools, on the beach, jet skiing, parasailing!

pool and water slides were a blast! beautiful location and lots of great amenities
there were minimal poolside chairs around the water slides, so that was a bummer, it was pretty crowded. the room wasn't super clean, found other peoples hair in the bedding.

Great location and well had a great room on the 10th floor with incredible ocean views. Highly recommend getting a view with this view ! Staff were all so helpful and I would like to shout out to Kate, Concierge Manager, who was incredibly understanding and responsive in dealing with a matter we experienced. Thank you again Kate!
Getting lounger under shade at the pool was very challenging. It seems guests leave their towels there from 8am and then don’t come back until late in the day. Whilst the hotel has a policy to remove these towels after 1 hour, it seems this was not enforced. It was annoying and resulted in us leaving the pool earlier than we hoped as it got too hot in the sun.

pool area and bars were great, nice cocktails on the menu
close to whalers village and restaurants
easy access and close proximity to the beach.
beds were comfortable
a buffet restaurant to have breakfast.
The shuttle service was not available, it was one of the reason i chose this resort, reception informed me due to the fires previously in Lahania it was not available.
no bathrobes or slippers were provided in the room.
bathroom amenities were minimal,mouthwash and body lotion were provided. i had to ask for a shower cap.
coffee ,tea facilities are difficult to use, a kettle would have been easier.
pillows were very soft and uncomfortable.
kids club was closed
