Was Ok but…

Was easily accessible and conveniently located and the night staff was super welcoming & kind enough to offer me a bottle of water since I arrived late in the night and was so tired to go to the store of which most of them had already been closed.

1st there was no decent breakfast, the morning staff specifically the lady at the reception was so arrogant & profiling… the room cleaner an old man came to the room before the actual check-out time & I was just exiting the shower & he only knocked the door once & entered the room then found me in towel. Reported that upon check out at the reception & it was taken casually…

Canceled my return trip stay. On my don't go there list

The desk lady was nice. Stairwells were well lit.

Tried 3 different rooms..all were falling apart..door handle came off on one. Door latch made for an insecure lock while letting in a wide gap of out side light and I had to use the ironing board to keep closed the curtains. Coffee station in room was not clean..water and coffee stains on the sprouted cups.

I liked the two women who worked the front desk that night as they were kind, understand, and quick to resolve the situation.

The bed had stains, the floors didn’t appear to be swept, the bathtub had dirt in it, and the smoke detector batteries were needing to be replaced as they were beeping as I had gone in

Worst place ever

None of the plugs worked when you plugged in the wall the light from the wall were the beds are would blink. O have stayed at these facility alot in the past few years since my family had a house fire and made houseless with a husband who is disabled and a daughter who has a severe case of schizophrenia and DID. We had before this stay five pets which we were never asked or complained about and all of a sudden on this stay judged my daughter for walking around not hurting anybody and looking in our two cars parked that where there. To begin with I reserved a smoking room I know I did i have receipt. We got a none smoking they also had moved us to an up stairs room really my husband is disabled and that confused my daughter so during the day had knocked on the wrong room a couple of times. And then they complained about that to us. This was the first time they said anything and if I count we had at least 10 times stayed there in the last five years. And my daughter was worse at 3 of those times and never complain or told her anything. Then to top it off we were charged an extra 900 dollars that same day. I don't know if it has new owners or management but they will screw you over and judge someone with a sickness they didn't ask for or can help herself she is a person to I am very pissed at this place and will never stay at any of the owners places again. They are bad people.

We showed up to an absolutely disgusting room. It was late and everything was booked around us. Dirt was all over the room. They gave me a broom and swifter to clean it myself. The toilet had pee in it. The mirror was splattered with gross stuff. Makeup in the pillow. No soap to be found. Then they told us we’d have this great breakfast available and nothing was out at 7:45am. No food, no coffee. Just a rude front seat lady that clearly hates her job. It was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.

The location being right off the highway was ideal.

During my stay the key maker machine was broken so I didn't get a key. Meaning I couldn't go in or out of my room without leaving the door propped open. I felt incredibly unsafe. The staff Amber was gone for 10-15 mins when trying to check in. She had 3-4 friends of hers playing cards with another employee but nobody helped me when I came. I had to greet them and ask for assistance.

The TV didn’t work call mom they wouldn’t come and fix it until the morning so I told them not to worry about it I’m just staying for one night I couldn’t get ice because I got here at 10:30 and they close the room where the ice is at 10 o’clock The maid tried to come clean my room at 7:30 in the morning and check out is it until 11.
