I never even checked in. I pulled in and there were crackheads in the parking lot. The exterior was so terrible I didn't even get out my car.

We didn’t stay we had to relocate and was charged for this horrible place it was dirty ran down and full is flies. No television the bed was on the floor dirty bedding broken door. Ruined my birthday. The pictures that they advertised are not and hasn’t ever been that location

We had a room with a jetted tub and it was not clean there was soap scrum all around it . I had to go to the store and get cleaner to clean it before I could use it .

I did not like anything.

The rooms were disgusting. The staff were very unprofessional. When we asked for the rooms to be cleaned again the staff member just mopped the floors with the same dirty water and ignored me when I politely asked if he was going to mop the other room. Even after the rooms were done again they were still filthy with dog hair and what I looked to be fecal matter. The floors were still soaking wet. My 62 year old mother ended up slipping and falling in the bathroom as I was telling my family that we were not staying there. My granddaughter was having surgery the next morning and the rooms were definitely not sanitary. Especially when I receive a message from the hotel a day or so before stating they were debating on enforcing COVID precautions again. This was Thursday February 27th and it is now March 2 and I still have not received my refund when I was told it would be returned to my debit card that night so I could pay for a different hotel that night. One manager beat feet out of there and left the other manager to deal with a situation that he knew nothing about and she refused to come back and deal with it. I would personally rate this hotel a big fat zero. The rating it's getting is way too good for sure.

The room was not clean and a lots of hair. Also the smoke detector was belling non-stop.

it was not really clean in our room. the towels were thrown on the back of the toilet. the bed looked like it was slept in.

The property has roaches bad ! And also the staff is very rude

Bed was comfy but sheets was dirty when I got there & heater didn't work room stayed cold all night

Location was very good. Here are the positives about the room. The room had a door that locked. The lights worked. The heating unit worked well. The electric plugs worked, but a few looked a bit dicey! The shower drained well, the sink not so well. There was a microwave and refrigerator.

The room walls, ceiling, floors, door, bathroom, window, etc. were in poor condition. The bed was below average, and the room was NOT clean and had an offensive smell!
