The property was quiet. Easily accessible, and close to food, and the expressway
The rooms could have been a little cleaner. Our room was dusty, like it hadn’t been rewiped down before it was rented out to us.

That the room wasn't buried far from the office/check-in.
The bed had odd metal projections at mid-calf height, one left a scrape on my leg. Made horrific noises when sat on! The toilet seat was COMPLETELY detached! Ice bucket, but no cups. Asked for extra towels. We got one set each. No facial tissues. No nightstand on one side of bed. Ugly stains on ceiling. Outside, there was a LARGE hole in the sidewalk! (Almost caught my foot in it!)
