I hadn't been inside in more than 30 years. I was pleasantly surprised to see it had the same charm but had been tastefully updated. The room was comfortable & had a great view. The staff was great.

We loved the convenience of the location to restaurants. Wish the hotel offered some kind of parking lot/ discounted parking rate. Paying for parking for 2 days was more than the room for the night.

Heard loud noises from a nearby construction site that did not stop and noise went right through the thin windows. Also the staff didn’t worn me I will hear this noise all night and that wouldn’t get any sleep. The curtains had old stains on them, and the metal string for the shades on the windows was off track and I had to stand on a table to adjust the shades. The wall paper in the room had stains too and the light switch cover was missing screws in the bathroom and was popping out of the wall. Nice big building and room layout was nice and spread out just didn’t feel very clean and that noise was ridiculous.
