This place was really clean and modern the beds were very comfortable and the bedding was clean overall very nice hotel would stay here again if i was in the area

I feel like this Place is miles above the rest of the motels on Sepulveda.

So I got rushed in an ambulance to the emergency room and couldn’t make my reservation. The property refused to let me cancel my reservation. And I don’t know what they are trying to accomplish because my reservation was a pay at the property with my debit card on file prepaid. So they can deny my cancellation all they want they still aren’t going to get any money from my account. I’ve stayed here in the past and they don’t allow guests at all. Like we all are supposed to isolate ourselves from the world they think talking to anyone on the balcony (even other guests ) is grounds to kick you out for having guests. So that they can keep your deposit. Greedy property and staff is doing too much with their no guests and poor cancellation policy. Where is the compassion and humility? Not here ?
