We stayed there for 2 days. Since this place is far from the city, it doesn't make sense for tourists to choose this place. Room was decent. They deducted $88.8 from me after my stay. It was absolutely not justified since they did not tell anything about this charge. Apparently, they were charging us for water and welcome drink (did not even give that) because our breakfast was included in room price for us. SCAM! The worst intercontinental breakfast I have ever had. Not even a buffet but just four items: Greek yogurt (small), some granola, croissant or muffin and a small box of fruits which could cost around $5-$10 in total. You can get away with much better hotels for around ***-***.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I can honestly say it exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome. Every team member I encountered was friendly, professional, and eager to help with anything I needed.
The hotel itself was beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. My room was comfortable and thoughtfully prepared, making it easy to relax and enjoy my stay. The atmosphere throughout the property felt inviting and upscale without being overwhelming.
What truly stood out was the exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, and their positive attitudes made a lasting impression. It’s clear they take pride in what they do.
I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with outstanding service.

Specifically booked and paid for a room with 2 beds. Received an “upgrade” with one bed and one sofa. Hotel claimed our room was unavailable, we received zero compensation for the discomfort.

Paid for a pool view and got a view of Vons. As I got to my room, I looked around to make sure it was clean but it was unfortunately far from clean. The bathroom specifically was uncleaned and full of mold. I came in from Portland and had
Nowhere else to stay otherwise I would have gone anywhere else.
