It’s a beautiful hotel, with helpful and friendly staff and excellent location. Spa was nice, but there were no pre or post massage facilities such as steam room or sauna. Biggest complaint was the room. The bathroom was very cramped and the room was dark and a little musty.

The hotel has a great location, only a short walk from the plaza. The staff is super friendly and helpfull. Breakfast was very good. The hotel is in need of a makeover since it starts showing it’s age especially the bathrooms. We booked a Terrace room with city view, which we didn’t get. Instead we got a terrace room overviewing the roof of the hotel bar. They explained us that some rooms are being serviced and there weren’t any with cityview left. This was very dissapointing to us. To make up for it, they hotel offered us breakfast during our stay, and removed the resort fee for us. This was greatly appreciated. Special shoutout to the vallet staff, who were so friendly.

Ideal location, walkable to all the Santa Fe attractions and shops. Beautiful common areas and rooms. Comfortable and aesthetically pleasing all in one.

If you like staying in the wild West, where you can be robbed legally, then this is the place for you to stay. My wife and daughter stayed here to celebrate my daughter’s birthday where, upon checking out, my daughter was presented with a surcharge of $35 per person for a so-called “spa charge”, even though neither of them used ANY of the spa facilities. When I tried to discuss this with the manager he didn’t even bother to call me back as a matter of courtesy. This is called service…with a frown.
