Apartment of about 70sqm very central in the heart of Rome, in the elegant Prati district, halfway between San Pietro and the Olympic Stadium.
The apartment is completely renovated and is located on the 2nd floor of a building with lift, very bright and quiet. It can accommodate up to 5 people and includes bedroom (with double bed 160x200 cm), living room (with double sofa bed 140x200 cm and single pouf bed), bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen, balcony, wifi, air conditioning.
The bedroom is equipped with a double bed (160x200 cm), desk, wardrobe, mirror, armchair, air conditioning, direct access to the balcony. The bathroom has a shower, with shampoo and foam bath available, hairdryer, mirror. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge and freezer, electric oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and espresso machine. In the lounge there is TV, air conditioning, sofa bed, ottoman bed, library with books available for guests. The apartment also has a long balcony which can be accessed from every room, in which there is a small table with two outdoor chairs, and there are also awnings.

In the immediate vicinity of the apartment you can take any bus or metro. The Ottaviano metro stop can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes, there is a bus stop under the house. With a few minutes walk you can reach San Pietro, the Vatican Museums, via Cola di Rienzo for shopping, Castel Sant'Angelo, Piazza del Popolo, via del Corso, the Olympic Stadium to attend a football game or a concert , the bridge of Music, and much more. In front of the house also passes the cycle path to make beautiful bike rides.

We travelled to Rome as a family of four. The flat is perfect for that, big enough, clean and especially the location is optimal. Buses are right outside the front door and there is everything you need in the city district.

My friend and I had a great time here for three nights. Very clean, host is very nice and responds quickly. It was about a 10-13 min car ride to a busy piazza which was very affordable. Definitely felt safe in the unit!

The host was the absolute sweetest person ever. Our flight got in past 1:00 am and she stayed up to let us in with no complaints & came back early to return the deposit. The stay was perfect, everything looked just like the photos & the location was very ideal. I would definitely stay here again, I cannot say enough positive things about it, one million stars!!
