Beautiful but I need carpeting.

It was beautiful. The plants and koi fish were a wonderful touch.

My room didn’t have carpets that’s my only criticism. I hated the lack of carpeting. It was hell on my feet. If there had been carpet, I’d have been sooooooo happy.

Great area and amenities, but needs updates.

I truly enjoyed my stay—it was lovely. The room was well equipped with many amenities I appreciated, especially having my own kitchenette and refrigerator. The shower was excellent, and everything was consistently very clean. I also enjoyed spending time at the pool.

The hotel itself is quite old. While the online photos showcase a gorgeous entrance, the reality includes many steps and only one small elevator. The décor in the rooms and throughout the interior of the hotel feels dated.

No Spa and called a Spa hotel Named Beverly Hills and not in Beverly Hills Suite was difficult to get to Over priced Hassled me to pay deposit Chased Me out of room despite a arresting a 30 minute late check out

not great. i would definitely not go back nor recommend this place... deceiving at every level!

location was decent. it was an easy walk from beverly hills proper and from ucla. however, it was on a very busy and loud street. the bathroom was big and clean.

it was more of a motel than a hotel! it's really deceiving as when you come in, you have the feeling that you're walking into a nice hotel, which is great... but once you're directed to your room, which by the way doesn't have an elevator! i had to carry my big suitcase from the 2nd floor to the 6th floor and the rooms are like a motel style... it was very weird and for whatever reason, didn't feel really safe. I really didn't like that hotel... there's a small window in the bedroom that overlooks a sore view.... not sure what the heck that was... it wasn't great at all

Everything. Perfect location if you want to visit westwood, beverly hills, sunset strip or melrose district, everything is reachable by bus, bus stop in front of the hotel, the neighborhood is very pretty, the service is awesome, the rooms are soo exclusive and sooo pretty, always clean and tidy, the gym is cozy and never crowded, the pool area is really pretty, i have grown fond of the employees all of them are very kind and lovely, I had no issues during my stay, it was the best hotel i‘ve ever stayed in, thanks

The room that was shown on your app was nothing like what I received. I could have gone to a budget hotel. The furniture was old, room had a faint musky smell. I got the room for a getaway for my niece.

Near UCLA village

Room has no view looking at back of another building, the room was small and moist. They didn't tell us about the parking rate and it was very expensive $55 per night and we had the option of free parking in front of the hotel.

I loved this hotel for its quaint but polished feeling. It was very close walking distance to Westfeild shopping through a very beautiful Beverly Hills street that felt very safe. Great public transportation commute options and centrally located to visit all areas of LA.

Perhaps some bottles of water in the mini bar and tea bags.

Excellent location and luxury accommodation in Beverly Hills

The apartment we had was spacious and we had a bedroom, bathrooom with deep tub and double shower plus a kitchen, dining and living rooom. It is a great location, the room were spotless and the staff was excellent. The valet parking was very convenient.

We were hoping that the sofa in the living room was a sofa bed for our son. I wrote to the property by number heard back. We were able to make it work with a rollover bed added to the living room.

Great stay

Nice location and always felt safe. Bus stop out the front which was handy before we got our hire car. Staff were all lovely. Complex although older style in exceptional condition and looked after. Room was a great size. Housekeeping were perfect and always got in there when we were out for the day.

There are a fair few stairs and no lifts throughout the complex but only an issue with bags which they offer to sort for you. Not super close to shops and food.

Beautiful hotel. Pool area was gorgeous, clean, well furnished and plenty of towels. Room was nice & clean but nothing special (compared to the communal areas). Great location for exploring LA The valet was extremely nice & helpful.

Bed was rock hard. Spa was closed. Jacuzzi in a strange place, away from pool area,outside somebody’s room with guests walking past. The restaurant would be much better without the sports TV - lowered the tone & ruined the atmosphere of what could be a lovely intimate dining area. The guy on the front desk was abrupt and evidently not interested in guests. The parking charge of $55 (whether valet or self parking) was extortionate, given that parking was in the basement and limited due to staff parking there.

Welcoming, glamorous hotel with great facilities in a safe location.

Loved the suite with full kitchen making it easy with a family to cook. The location was a safe area with Ralph’s grocery shop a quick taxi ride of 10 mins away. The staff were always great. The pool area is inviting. Hair salon was useful. Beautiful lobby. Great bar and restaurant on site with room service is always a plus. Only negative for me was the pool area being slippery and the traffic noise at night being located on a thoroughbred Rd.

There was one valet that didn’t treat us like the other guest, wouldn’t help us with our luggage and just left us to struggle, the other 2 valets that were there were absolutely amazing though!

Beautiful place to stay in LA

We loved the hotel! It is located between two beautiful and tranquil neighborhoods Westwood an Beverly Hills. The room was actually a mini apartment with a kitchenette which was very useful. Seems recently refurbished. Would definitely recommend.

A hotel that you can feel relexed in Los Angeles.

A cozy and comfortable hotel. The room was spacious and clean. Staff were nice. It also came with a kitchen for simple cooking.
