We like everything! Everything is clean and orderly, its still smells like new. We have everything we need! We called super late in the morning because of confusion and they still answered us. Very good customer service and very easy to reach! For a big house on that process, very very reasonable. We will definitely book again.

Facilities, location and accomodation were excellent. Had Christmas decorations and lights which were wonderful and helped us find the place when driving at night. The host even serviced our entrance after an overnight icy chill so we didn't slip and fall on the steps in the morning.
Front desk is not always attended. Had to wait and hunt around when we arrived before we realised that the chalet was across the road.

great little chalet for a family
location close to tremblant ski lifts (4 min drive, 20m walk)
outdoor hottub with view of tremblant
great feeling of being in nature (stayed across street up a hill) and secluded - huge wild turkeys were exploring the grounds
there were only 4 towels and they were quite small - more please
we stayed up a small hill across the street. the ramp up was impossible to drive with a car (ice, gradient, new snow). also the driveway and stairs to the condo were not plowed and there was 6-12" of snow i had to shovel.
the bathrooms are a bit odd aesthetically - shower and toilet in room, toilet door did not close, and all-glass shower door.

Operators had the air con on for us when we arrived which was considerate. Hot tub was on also (though we later realised we couldn't switch it off !!).
Chalet had a musty smell. Washing Machine was not working - if we had known in advance, we could have done our laundry at previous location.
