The room and bed were very comfortable. The staff were friendly and accommodating. It was very easy to check in and out. We ate dinner outside on the hottest day ever, and our server was attentive even though there were many guests inside. The outside space is quite nice. We were hesitant to stay because it is above the Goose Kitchen and bar, but quickly discovered that we couldn’t hear any noise coming up once inside the room. We would stay here again.

Everything was good.

Missing senior friendly safety bats in bathroom

I was visiting for work and the location in central Kingsville was ideal for getting around the area, especially to Leamington and Essex. Room was spacious with that homely touch that is seldom seen in hotels I usually stay in when travelling. Comfortable and with good amenities as well as plenty of tea/coffee facilities, Food was also excellent at the onsite Goose Kitchen. Excellent wifi connection for work which is always helpful.

Nothing much not to like, will stay again.

I loved the old style of the building, even though there was a restaurant/bar downstairs we did not hear any noise in our room. It was very clean. The spa bathtub was amazing even though the jets weren't very strong. All the staff was amazing including the ones who worked in the restaurant. The view was also nice. Everything was within walking distance.

We thought it was odd that our checkout time was 11 but the restaurant did not open until noon. The jets in the tub weren't very strong and one barely worked at all. Our biggest issue was there was no AC unit in the window so the entire building was cooled by central air. The weekend we stayed there it was 30+ degrees out so our room was pretty hot. I texted the staff and asked if the temp could be turned down in our room. Not only did they do that they even brought us an extra fan which really helped- 10 outta 10 stars for the staff. There wasn't very many amenities, no microwave and a very tiny fridge that wasn't very cold. We paid over $200 for a single night so we were pretty disappointed for what we got.
