    I like the location and the paid parking is secure. Rooms were basic and in need of some upgrades. The receptionist was not very friendly. I got an “ I don’t know” to my questions , or the dreaded Gen Z stare. I couldn’t help but walk away amused by this interaction.

    The staff was always so helpful. Allowed me to keep my luggage down also. I wasn’t rushed to check out as I wanted to go grab some pastries at a spot that usually has lines. Everything was just fab fab fab

    A no frills lodging at a good location. Cable car and Fisherman's Wharf. Area felt safe at all hours, if a bit lifeless in the evening.
