Another great stay. The staff is wonderful. Love the Beach and pool area. Rooms are basic but nice.
A lot of area construction noise. We had an Ocean view but we're put on the 2nd floor. Not worth the upgrade for the Ocean view

Beautiful lobby and traditional older building in an otherwise ultra modern area - felt a bit like a set for a Wes Anderson film. View over the ocean - staff were all ultra friendly and efficient, particularly the waiting staff.
We booked a king bedded room but only twin room available and otherwise full - bedroom included a cot which hadn’t been ordered although they insisted we had ordered one - so I guess someone went without! The rooms were overdue a makeover - very dated - The toilet flooded completely on our last full day and spilled out into bedroom - they were able to hoover up most of the water but were not able to offer us another room so we agreed to stay in that room but it was far from ideal.

This is great hotel right right on Miami Beach with reasonable prices compared to the other nearby hotels. We spent 5 days there to get away from the cold. Our room was clean, good sized with a comfy bed. The service at the was good, but very low key. We loved being steps away from the beach and close to the weekend market on 96th street where you can get yummy food. The path that runs along the beach is great for getting around.
There’s a ton of construction going on near the hotel, really around all of Miami Beach. So weekdays are noisy! You don’t hear it as much when you’re on the beach.

Breakfast at Sea View Coffee Shop
Pool attendants make beds up and then we ask whether we can use they say
NO - TAKEN . Then nobody uses them. It is ridiculous. My wife was on crutches
and first day we had to use beds with no mattresses
whilst lots of made up ‘TAKEN’ beds remained unused. No explanation other than
it is very busy. But it wasn’t busy.
