This is a gorgeous property with cute cottages that have screened-in patios (which reduced bug bites for sure), well equipped kitchens and laundry. The pool was beautiful and pool towels are provided. The property is handy to trails for walking. We booked online easily without issue. Discovered a gift shop in Georgetown called “The Lovely Nelly”, which is absolutely worth the visit, and Panmure Island was stunning.
The beds were quite uncomfortable, none of us slept very well. There are no individual fire pits; there is a large chiminea in the middle of the property for shared campfires, but you must bring your own seating (there was only one bench by the chiminea). There’s not much for family activities nearby so plan for a fair bit of driving. WiFi/cell service is terrible in this part of the island which drove my teen nuts.

The cottage itself, accessibility to the trail, the pool, the grounds, and the location. Great spot for a family.
The wireless was spotty but it was connectivity was also spotty in the area.

The staff and guests were very kind, it’s an absolutely beautiful spot. The pool and land was very well taken care of and they have outdoor sports that you can use! The children and adults can’t wait to come back ! They have everything you may need in the kitchen, and even offered dark face clothes for makeup removal so the white ones didn’t get destroyed. I found this very detail oriented , and is just one of the example of their great customer care/ service.
The only possible downside to the property is that it is a little over an hour away from the popular tourist attractions like sandspit, the wax museum, the boardwalk shopping ect. However it’s a beautiful drive over so as long as you don’t mind the scenic drive - there are no negatives of this property or out stay.

Loved the property and that my family felt very comfortable. It was especially convenient that our pets were welcome as well.
The beds were a little hard and it would have been nice to have individual fire pits, but everything else was excellent.
