Riverside Chalets

The owner was very friendly and keeps this place immaculate!! Quiet and well maintained all throughout. One of the best sleeps I ever had. The sound of the river while sitting there in the evening was beautiful. It was one of those old-fashioned type of cottage stay that any family would cherish.

Wish that we stayed longer!!

The bath water was slightly brown and not hot. We were her first customers of the season

The owner waited to meet us and direct us to our cabin. It was on a large expanse of lawn leading to the edge of a river in a section of rapids. We could have hiked a trail along the river to where it meets the sea. The rabbits frolicking on the lawn at sundown were our own special entertainment. The cabin has everything you could need including a gas stove. There is a covered veranda and BBQ which you could enjoy on a summer evening. The beds were extremely comfortable and my daughter enjoyed having a bed and room all to herself.

We suggested a minor plumbing repair but there was nothing to complain about.

Cabin was dated. Couch had little support to your back! Need replacement.
