Perfect location close to historic district NOTL, multiple wineries and 15 min from Niagara Falls. Beautiful gardens and trees on property with a lovely backyard patio. The rooms were very nice, clean and comfortable. Truly gourmet breakfast including warm croissants, homemade strudel and cherry crumb cake, bruschetta, fresh fruit salad, yogurt, omelet and bacon, homemade jam. Marie and Ted are wonderful hosts. I loved our stay and highly recommend.

Miriam is an excellent baker and prepared a generous and tasteful variety of offerings for breakfast. The location was close for accessing the Niagara Parkway trail system on our bicycles.

A beautiful house in a peaceful and picturesque setting. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, and the hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The quiet surroundings made for a truly relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The beautiful gardens and waterfall along with the peaceful patio. The beds were very comfortable and the washroom was very spacious and high quality. The breakfast was fresh and absolutely delicious.
