Location and dining in the hotel
Air conditioner did not work and had to push the staff to look at the problem and felt like I was ignored. Finally they realized the problem and I had to move all my stuff to another room.

The service was exceptional :) . Room was nice and bed was fresh.
Room could have been cleaned better ( there was hair, some dirt and dust bunnies everywhere ) pool was not clear and the pool area was extremely strong with chemical smell.
