There were roaches in crawling around the microwaves in the Lower Level Lobby where the laundry facilities are.
There was no coffee available. There was a machine, but the staff refused to make coffee and said I would have to pay for it at the restaurant in the hotel. There were hookers all around the hotel with their pimps.
