Free parking on a first come first serve basis. Great water pressure in the shower. Remodeled and clean bathroom. My room was shielded from street noise. Walking distance to Son and Garden for a classy breakfast.
In the main room or bedroom, I found some crumbs and a hair on the tables. The in-room coffee is too weak for me. The neighborhood feels rough but I've stayed here about ten times and have never had any run-ins or trouble.
