I liked the decor and staff for the most part, especially the concierge and parking/valet staff.
I feel the front desk staff could spend less time carrying on conversations when there is a line of gets waiting to check out, seek h we help, etc
I would like more than two bottles of water for two guests in a double room and didn't appreciate having to go down to the front desk to ask for more.

That the room was nice and cozy and be very comfy
There wasn't a microwavein the room. Waited way too long to be served breakfast, more than half hour. Folks seated after us were neing served before us so We had to call for attention and a different server took our order and apologized for the regular server

It’s a beautiful historic hotel with gorgeous grounds.
Was not aware they sell day passes to the pool in the summer and since we were there on a weekend, the pool was packed with kids. I love kids but it was too much. If known this when first booked, may not have have stayed there.
