About this villa rental
Luxurious villa with free Wi-Fi. This property has 3 large bedrooms, the master bedroom has a king-sized bed with an en-suite, the second bedroom has a king-sized bed and balcony and third has two single beds and a TV with a DVD Player and PlayStation. All bedrooms are fully equipped with air-conditioning and safes. This villa also welcomes children so there is also a cot and a highchair available on request. There is also family bathroom and separate WC.
The downstairs is open planned and has lounge, kitchen and dining room space. The villa has satellite TV, CD stereo system and PlayStation and is equipped with washing machine, microwave, electric oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher and free Wi-Fi.
The villa is within walking distance of the sea with private coast, shops, restaurants and bars. The outside area has a private heated swimming pool and Hot Tub. It is furnished with sun beds, large table and chairs and BBQ. At no extra cost, a safety pool fence can be installed on request. Please check availability with owner prior to booking.

Villa as described. Left welcome pack, not just bread and milk, they left cheese, ha., butter, jam, marmalade, water, ice. It was perfect. Katie the property manager went above and beyond putting 18th birthday decorations up and a large chocolate cake in the fridge. Perfect stay, did not want to leave. Thanks again.

The villa was simply lovely. We knew the location from a previous visit which is ideal for walking to restaurants, bars, shops and the beach. The beach is literally 5 mins walk via a cut through opposite. The villa as so clean and there was literally everything you needed at hand. Great quality appliances and a fully stocked kitchen including lovely picnic ware for outside. The pool was heated and the hot tub was a bonus! Ann and Katie were great via communication before and during including helping out with taxis. We could not fault this lovely villa and have already booked it again for 2025

Amazing villa, close to Protaras centre, Fig Tree Bay and Green Bay Beach. Very well equipped, lovely pool and hot tub.
