About this cottage rental
Situated in the north bank of the Ave river, this stately home is also close to the Peneda Gerês National Park, allowing you to explore this beautiful region, to meet local people and to admire a wide variety of untouchable flora and fauna.
The ancient towns of Póvoa de Lanhoso, Fafe and Guimarães are just about half an hour drive, allowing memorable visits to Roman roads, rocky castles, medieval towers and bridges, Romanesque and Baroque churches and leaving a delicate picture of twisted threads of gold and silver days spent here.
MAIN HOUSE
Ground Floor – living room with satellite TV, games room with snooker and card table, laundry with washing machine and ironing facilities, professional kitchen with stove, oven, freezer and fridge.
1st Floor – 3 double bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. Large living room with fire place and doors leading to a covered terrace. Guest cloakroom. Dining room with kitchenette (Dishwasher, stove, micro waves, fridge).
COTTAGE
Upper floor: 2 Twin bedrooms with en-suite bathroom, and views over woodlands.
Outside: Sun terrace with views, barbecue, table tennis, private swimming pool (12 x 5m, 0,6 to 2,1 m deep), children pool (2 x 3m, 0,6m deep)
General: Free Wi-Fi, central heating, bed and bath linen included.
