The property is conveniently located across the street from the Mizzou campus.
Property needs an upgrade and appears to be old. It looked to be in better shape a few years ago when we stayed there.

Convience. Met my expectations of the stay.
The day I checked out I had water dripping from the ceiling. Not sure what the issue was. I did alert staff and I am sure they handled the matter.

The location is very convenient for doing anything involved with the University and downtown is an easy walk.
The place was dingy and dirty. The sheets did not look clean. Honestly the whole place just looked unkept.
