Lake right across the road close to Bon Echo reasonably priced . staff friendly. Cloyne not to far if supplies needed. If you want simple rustic cottage , no frills there are 2 or 3 cottages that are basic . Have utencils stove, microwave ,toaster etc. Just bring your food and linens. The more "pretty" cottages are on the waterfront. Loons calling . There is a restaurant . You can get icecream in the front shop . Didn't try the restaurant this time .
Bathroom door wouldn't shut properly, no curtain on bathroom window. Comfort station disappointing,needs refurbing... not much privacy if you are showering, and someone comes in to use the toilet. Weird layout . Floor needs a thorough scrubbing . Showerhead was cracked so squirting out in the wrong direction

we were right on the lake with a great view
I would have preferred to have the bathroom in the cabin as opposed to being off of the sun porch

We liked the scenery the location, the lake, and the beauty.
We didn't like how dirty it was. Also you can't see the lake from the cottage.

Beautiful location, great place for a little get away if temperatures were just a wee bit warmer.
No real heat, just space heaters, so no heat in the bathroom.
