Loved the suite

Exterior needed updating

The staff was one of the friendliest that we have encountered in our travels. They were very laid back but helpful, and considering all the foot traffic with the World Cup, the staff remained on top of things. The rooms were always clean, and without us even asking, every day we got fresh towels. The breakfast was good, and the omelet makers were very attentive and friendly.

The place would benefit from some upgrades and some TLC, but nothing that would hinder our enjoyment.

Excellent location. Clean facility and very comfortable.

There is a daily charge for parking. Most Embassy Suites on site parking is free.

The location was great! The staff was excellent!

There was mold around the bathtub. The wall in the corner of the bathroom near the tub had mold around it, the wall paper was coming off. The shower head in the shower was awful. Water didn't come all out of it. The A/C vent was full of dust. The lighting in the room was horrible. There waa a lamp which had a green light bulb in it covered by a dirty sock. There were ants on the nightstand. They did have a great breakfast set up. And when I made the reservation, I specifically asked for a room on the first or second floor ( I get vertigo) instead they put us on the 3rd. floor. Withe they the hotel is set up, I was having a hard time because of my vertigo.
