The room was quiet. No noise issues since the hotel takes both nosie levels and smoking very seriously. The smoke part is even in the document you sign. The breakfast was good (some food was cold) but overall a lot of decent selections, and as much as you want.

Room was very presentable and clean. Breakfast was excellent as the food was mostly fresh (scrambled eggs, pancakes, sausages, oatmeal. Premises were clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. All in all, probably the best value in the area.

The fact that everything was clean fresh smelling even the stairwell was amazing. I loved the whirlpool and enjoyed my 15-minutes. The Personal chef at breakfast gave us confidence that we were eating food that was real and fresh

The faucet in the bathroom was leaking water pressure low and the light would dim in the room everytime a compressor was activated. I didn't like that there wasn't a sitting area in the bedroom

Very clean and homely property compared to most of the hotels we have stayed in before.

Staff were helpful but could be little bit more friendly and outgoing to make the experience more pleasant.

Everything about this location was exceptional. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. Parking was excellent. Breakfast was great. No complaints in any way. I would highly recommend this location to anyone going to So. Cal.

The staff are always friendly. They go out of their way to answer questions. And I love the jetted tubs. I always ask for that during my stay. It wasn't going to be ready for 30 more minutes. So I chose a different room on 2nd floor. All of the soaking tubs are nice.

Maybe have hot tea or hot coffee for those of us who leave before breakfast is available. If you had it I didn't see it.

The breakfast was wonderful except for the bacon was over cooked and hard.

When we got to our room, the room smelled like cigarette smoke and it is supposed to be a non-smoking room! My husband went downstairs to let them know. The lady at the desk said that they have been having that problem with that room with that cigarette smell. She said she will send someone to the room to fix the smell. A guy came up and just sprayed a deodorizer. It took most of the smell out but not all. Didn’t want to deal with it and just tried to ignore the smell. Why would they have customers be in that room if it was an on going issue? It Another thing there was supposed to be a sofa bed in the room. We sat on the bed or desk chair, very uncomfortable! Wrong advertisement on the site! I had a lot of choices but I picked this hotel due to what I saw on pictures and reviews and since it is close to where my work meeting would be held and my first time to be at this hotel. I was wrong and should have gone with my first choice. Sorry, but that is my experience with Ayres.

They provided immediate fast service before 3 pm allowing me to check in early. This is above and beyond.

It was immaculate, quiet. Always someone friendly and helpful behind the front desk 24/7. ·loved how you go the extra mile and offered wine and snacks in front of a cozy fireplace every afternoon. While u had places to go, I. Noticed several of your guests participating.

Ac units do not cool off well enough. Had the same issue in different rooms during prior stays. Breakfast runs out quickly and they do not make more.

The night staff was helpful and very courteous. We checked in later in the evening. The front desk person was very professional.

There was no fresh decaffeinated coffee. Just small dry packets.

I notice at this Ayres or this room #331 that the sink should be centered. It is slammed to the left my shoulder againt the wall the whole time I was shaving and yhe door know into the bathroom digging into my hip
