The ease of access to the property from the roadway. Food places are close.
The room was clean, but not fresh smelling.
It would have been better to wipe the place with clean water and disinfectant, and leave it open for awhile,rather than spray deodorizer in a stale space.

The staff members are friendly and helpful. Location is great. I travel to MUSC Cancer Center several times a month so it's convenient. Everything you would need is close to get to . Bus system is near to get where I need to go. You can't find a better place for the price.
Sometimes guests can be noisy but the staff in office take care of the issues if some come about.
