Fine for a one night stay to be near executive airport

Size of room and location was good

It was so dirty. There was a dirty fingernail on our floor, leftover jewelry on the sink, dirty cups and a stained and ripped couch. We asked for an extra sheet to put over the couch and never for it.

The hotel is beautiful and has a very good feel. The staff were all very nice and professional. Or king suite was large and very comfortable

The hotel definitely needs an update. The shower leaked and the door track was off center, rusty and leaked. One of the elevators was out of order and one had flooring that was coming up and the glass was shattered.

Great!

Aside from the fact that the washroom lock latch was broken and falling out of the wall when we arrived in our room and the panel to the breaker box was wide open, the rest of the unit was clean and comfortable. I liked that even though our party booked two rooms, we were put on the same floor just down the hall from each other. The pool was really nice, not as deep as I prefer, but it was perfectly clean and a really nice temperature.

The location in regards to the closeness to the airport and cruise port (the purpose of our holiday) was not great. The area was no the best either - it's like a midtown for business, office buildings. Not many touristy options so our meals were limited to mcdonald's and chili's but we had no qualms with mcdonald's or chili's as they favourites of mine when travelling from Canada to the states.

Staff was rude and if customers are parked on property their cars should be safe someone stole my husband piece of his rims talk to front desk clerk she was very rude and simply asked me what do I want them to do about the situation. It was a lot going on at this hotel never will get my service again.

Clean Rooms. Wonderful Location, near the Chase Stadium. Nice Pool. Comfy Beds. Beautiful Lobby. The best part was Mr. Athiq at the Restaurant. Wonderful service and what a pleasant personality. Hats off to all the Team and Mngt. Me and my Family loved it!

Well, I did have to change rooms. The Ac guy/ carpenter was terrible. He broke the rest room door even more. The room was a bit warm. Ilda at the front desk was amazing. I asked her to sit in both rooms just to make sure it wasn't me. Lol. She accommodated me without a problem.

Ok, but sink shouldn’t be outside toilet area!

Very spacious, but chipping paint and bathroom sink outside toilet area is disturbing. Our room (416) is right above AC unit for whole building (very noisy all day and night). Mattress was very comfortable but should be covered with mattress cover to prevent allergens and bedbugs.

Breakfast was not good. Teenage boys hollering in the next room and hallway. Boys kicked our door, they were holloring till 2am. Breakfast was cold

Easter weekend

Very clean, great atrium area. The staff was friendly and quick to help. The pool area was well kept with towels and very pretty.

I wish breakfast had been included. That’s my only complaint.
