internet issues with room acct.. that did not work, so they gave Hilton lobby acct that was inconsistent.

Nice stay.

Good location for us. Very clean, comfortable room. Staff was very friendly.

Minor issues. The bathroom door squeaks terribly and the shower doors did not stay completely closed.

The hotel fit my needs for this trip. I would stay there again

The location was perfect for my visit. The building seemed relatively new and well maintained. The space was adequate. The beds were comfortable.

The toilet seat is too low. I had a hard time standing back up.

We couldn’t get the room temperature above 69 degrees despite adjusting the thermostat. We contacted the front desk and were told the staff member was the only one working and would try to come by later, but no one ever did. Fortunately, 69 degrees is typically a comfortable temperature for sleeping

It was ok.

We liked the location. The beds were comfortable.

We had several issues with the toilet. Front desk kept saying they were the only worker there. They kept trying to walk us thru us fixing it. They need more staff and it shouldn’t be my job to do plumbing. Also the pool only allows 5 people at a time in it. Yes you read that right only 5.

Great Location, Friendly Staff, Decent Breakfast, Comfy Bed, Clean Room. Passable pool.

Great location - about 20 mins from anything in Louisville. Just off the 64 and close to the 265 for connecting with everything else. Breakfast had a great selection each day. A different flavour of waffle mix available alongside the standard vanilla every day. Hot breakfast or cold breakfast - plenty to choose from. Free coffee and tea in lobby was a great addition. Staff were always friendly and happy to help.

Pool is a little tired and dated, but passable. We only had one brief issue where we requested a room clean/towel replacement and never got one - so I had to request new towels at reception.

Wonderful hotel! Super clean and safe. Warm

Very clean. I felt very safe. Warm baked cookies welcomed me. Wonderful breakfast in the morning . My room had all the amenities I needed and was very clean. I was able to turn A/c down to make room cool enough .. most hotels will only let you turn it down so far and room stays warm . I would stay here again!

I booked for another night at the front desk and paid with my card and when I went down the next morning they man at desk could not find my reservation and said my room was already booked . So I had to pack everything up and move out of the room. I go down to check out and this time it’s a lady at the desk and she said “no we have your reservation for tonight here “. She found my reservation . I had already packed everything up and moved out of the room so asked for a cancellation. She was very nice and handled it but it was very stressful and inconvenient for me that the first man at desk couldn’t help me .

Good accommodations with super friendly staff

Staff was incredibly friendly both evening at arrival and in the morning, during breakfast and checkout. We were there on a Friday morning and the buffet was stocked with quality food, which is not always easy o find in a hotel. A distance from downtown and with a late evening arrival (8pm) there are hardly any restaurants nearby without a drive. The Exercise Room was meh; the bike needed a Pelaton account to use it properly and the treadmill was basic.

Can’t say enough about how wonderfully helpful the staff was.

The staff was exceptional Yolanda, Judy, Betty and the guys. They all go above and beyond to make you comfortable and welcome. A true asset to the chain. Thanks to them all.

It was amazing other than the noisy neighbors! Highly recommend!

The breakfast was great, the little corner store was awesome and the staff were amazing!!! The location was absolutely perfect, we didn’t hear any traffic or anything from the outside.

Our room in 318; The door didn’t seal for the front door or the conjoining door. The neighbors were extremely LOUD and were not respectful of other people. I know the neighbors are not the hotels fault! So other than that the stay was great!

Other than the hard beds, the stay was very pleasant. The staff was wonderful.

Breakfast was more than expected. Very good. It was hot and fresh.

Beds were too firm. Didn't sleep well at all. I will ask for a soft bed option in the future. I didn't ask this time.
