When I booked it said parking included then we were charged 25 a day. Getting in and out with our pass was a pain but not terrible. Beds were uncomfortable (but I prefer a comfy mattress) breakfast ends at 9 wish it’d last til 10 we were there for a cheer competition so late nights and early mornings were rough - but that’s specific to why we were there. I’d stay again, and just bring some padding for the bed.

Parking a nightmare

Close to Park

In past stays we were able to arrive early, park car and spend day in park. When we arrived there was no parking and told to come back at 3pm. They did provide a parking garage about a 1/2 mile away. Had to drive there and walk to park. Then at 3pm had to walk back to garage, drive to hotel and park then walk back to park. My wife & I are 68 years old was very hard doing all the walking. Complained to clerk about parking situation and he seemed he didn’t care. Had to pay for 2 parking facilities and hotel wouldn’t give us a discount. One of main reasons we have used this hotel for over 30 years is the parking. Not sure if will use again and just use uber from another hotel

Anxiety, overpriced and no sleep

Well the beds were extremely uncomfortable I feel very bad for the parents who are hurting after Disneyland because you will not get a good night's sleep. You guys need new mattress. I felt it was extremely overpriced for what we were getting. The Hilton had a better deal. The breakfast only being from 7-9 is crazy. The breakfast area was crazy crowded and was not very good at all. Normal hotels have breakfast from 7-10am. I do understand there are a lot of kids and families staying there but to not have a good sleep an anxiety breakfast experience which is not very good minus the biscuits and gravy and the bagels I will say you are not setting up the family for a good day at Disneyland. Also having to pay $25 a night for parking on top of no sleep, bad food and overpriced I will definitely not be staying here again. Ohhh and the lighting in the room is not good especially the bathroom area

We would definitely stay here again!

Breakfast was great and the location was the best! You can easily walk to the Disney properties. It’s also convenient that there’s a shuttle right in front of the place that you can purchase 1-3 days worth of rides. As a senior it was $5.50 for three days for unlimited rides. We also enjoyed seeing the topiary garden.

People who talk loudly outside of their rooms right in front of yours.

Stovall‘s was a relaxing, quiet place to rest after a busy day at Disneyland.

Stovall’s is an easy walking distance to Disneyland and DCA. The pool and hot tubs are huge wonderful. It was all very clean and recently updated. The free breakfast buffet is great and has everything you could want!

Wonderful staff, really great breakfast!!!! Pretty decent location, it was about a 10 min walk to downtown Disney and then just hopping on the monorail into Disney was easy. And it’s on the ART route to Disney, too, if you don’t feel like walking or want to enter through the main gates and not walk 20 mins to the esplanade.

Nothing in particular. The beds weren’t very comfortable in my opinion, but they did the job and after a long day at Disney, you’re so exhausted it doesn’t really matter where you sleep, just that you sleep!

Gentleman on reception moved us to queen rooms from accessibility rooms which was excellent we were so pleased.

We had an issue with ants along the sink! This didn’t affect our holiday but it was a shame otherwise room was great.

We loved the location- being able to walk to and from Disneyland was fab. The pools were great and provided a great way to relax at the end of our busy days. Loved the spa.

We were disappointed that the extra bed we requested wasn’t set up when we arrived. When we asked for it, there were no offers to help set it up, and we had to rearrange furniture to fit it. Our beds were really uncomfortable- no one slept well on this stay. Everyone rolled to the middle of the bed or was uncomfortable. Also frustrating that no cutlery or simple kitchen ware eg plates were supplied.

The room was clean and a decent size. the location was excellent - less than a 15 minute walk to Disneyland which was very convenient. Good value for money

I probably wouldn’t stay here again. It was decent but not something I’d come back for

Pros about this hotel - distance to Disneyland. The walk really wasn’t that bad especially for being 32 weeks pregnant with a toddler. The free basic breakfast is nice as well especially when you just want something quick on your way out.

We stayed on the first floor which isn’t their upgraded rooms however the floors ( carpets ) were so dirty our feet were black from walking around in our own room. The AC was extremely loud and the parking !!!! If you’re paying for parking you’d think they’d guarantee a spot but when we got there Saturday afternoon the restaurant that shares the parking lot must have been packed and we had to sit in the lot along with 3-4 other cars waiting on a spot.
