Decent

The front desk was super nice. Parking isn’t an arm and a leg for cost. They had plenty available when we arrived at 9pm. For me, I like a firm bed so i didn’t have any issues but my partner hated them. I liked that the mirror and sink were separate from the toilet and shower. There was room for my kids to play and we didn’t feel crammed in.

It did have a distinguished smell but not awful. The sounds from traffic and police sirens will drive you mad. The walls are thin and people passing by your room is extremely loud. The distance to walk to the park, even cutting through a Disney Hotel, was not great.

Convenient spot near the park.

The “breakfast” was laughable. Most places are very upfront about what they do and don’t offer. When the place advertised “breakfast included” that should absolutely mean a continental breakfast or something similar. Instead, we were greeted the next morning with a goodie bag (included a danish, fruit and granola bar) and a voucher for 2 at Dennys. The voucher was nice but did not feed our entire party of 4 like a continental one would. Now, the room was very outdated but we appreciated the smart tv. The bedding was stained though with brown marks and smelled awful. You can also hear everything from the outside. The wifi was good and fast. Overall, the price of this place isn’t worth the stay if these things aren’t fixed. Advertise yourselves better and update the facilities.

Great Location

Great location to walk to the Disney parks, about 10min to Downtown Disney. Breakfast at Denny’s was great, beds were comfortable. Our room was very clean and was always wonderful getting back after a long day at the parks to a lovely clean room. Staff were very great, price was great. This was perfect for us as we spent the full days at the Disney parks and wanted somewhere close and nice for accommodation. We will definitely be booking here again in the future.

I recommend this place if you want to have a more fun trip at Disneyland yet a budget friendly one too.

I liked how it was super close to Disneyland and that you can eat breakfast for free at the Dennys restaurant nearby which is a plus.

The hotel met all expectations. Check-in was easy, the beds were comfy, and restaurants nearby.

The location was excellent, right next to Disney if that is your desire. The breakfast was great, cannot go wrong with the Denny's vouchers. The room was comfortable and clean. The layout was very functional.

The water pressure in the shower could use some looking into. The door seal needs to be replaced. I could see light through the bottom easily, allowing insects to get in. Outlets were not readily available around the beds. Normally you have a lamp that is also an extension for plugging in phones, watches, etc.

Great location

Location to downtown Disney was a quiet 15 to 20 mine walk. Security wasn't busy and jumped on the mono rail into Disney. Breakfast was amazing, a grab bag with water fruit and 2 snacks, and a 3 item Denny's breakfast.Rooms cleaned and towels changed every day

Fantastic location but I wouldn’t stay there again.

Location, location, location.

The sewage coming up into our bath/shower when toilet flushed, making it unusable. The smell was unbearable. Advised the front desk, male staff member didn’t bat an eyelid, offer to have it cleaned or apologise for the inconvenience, which makes me think it’s a known and ongoing issue. Gross! Didn’t service the rooms daily, or advise us that they wouldn’t be serviced daily. No signage about it in rooms or reception. Arrived back after a long day out into an unmade room so spoke with female at front desk who organised clean towels, toilet paper and tissues as we had none. She advised they only serviced rooms every three days. We pointed out they had serviced the room the day prior (day 2) so her explanation made no sense. We had been travelling for 41 days by this stage and stayed in various locations across Europe/USA and this was the first place we hadn’t had our room serviced daily. We also had to grab trash can liners from housekeeping and empty bins ourselves. The servicing of the room wouldn’t have been an issue had we known about it prior but the sewage and lack of care from the reception staff about the matter was disappointing and just gross.

I like that the hotel was less than 15 minutes to walk to Disneyland Park The pool was really nice and clean

The inside of the hotel room has this terrible musty old smell. It sticks to your clothes and you can almost taste it. I think it’s the carpets. I had to sleep with the door cracked open. I would suggest to rip out all the flooring.

Good deal for Disneyland trip

Beds were comfy. it’s a mile from the park. The TV had movies. There’s charging stations for electric vehicles. Breakfast options were helpful. Staff were nice and helpful.

The water pressure in sink and shower was very poor. I wish there were more hooks and shelves in the room. Needs more outlets by the beds.

Good place to stay.

I’ve always enjoyed staying there. The staff is friendly. Love the grab and go bag. For the Disneyland race they had a table out either goodies, very thoughtful. Love that Denny’s is also included. Pool was a great temperature.

The room smelt a little musty and dark. Maybe the carpet could be changed to pergo flooring. The shower didn’t have a lot of pressure.

The rooms need to be renovated. You hear *everything* through the walls. The maintenance person was fixing our neighbors clogged drain nearly midnight and the tools being used were so loud, we couldn’t sleep and it nearly woke our son.

Happy Holiday

Ideal walking distance to Disneyland and DCA. Good size rooms and at a reasonable price. Pool and spa was a nice suprise. Made it easier having Dennys next door, and about a 15-minute walk to a supermarket was good too. Parking was affordable. Staff were nice and happy to answer any questions.

Great location but could do with a little modernisation

The location was great for Disneyland and cost of the parking was one of the cheapest I could find. The grab and go breakfast bags were a nice touch, there was also a free breakfast option at Denny's next door - we didn't use this as we were leaving early every day. The pool and hot tub were very clean and pleasant.

The decor of the rooms was very dated, brown walls and carpet aren't overly appealing. The air conditioning was temperamental and incredibly loud.
