Noise level. Little sound proofing. Could hear neighboring rooms talking and dogs barking from two floors below. The staff did not tell us they were phasing out the free breakfast and there was none available on our third day. We were given partial vouchers for the neighboring restaurant.

The rooms were very clean, bathroom was excellent, great walk in shower the shower pressure was nice and hot. Check in was easy, staff very polite. Alot of restaurants and shops near by. We met Michael at check out, a very nice guy, we took off early, but still had time to fill our coffee mugs, if you like to know more on coffee, see Michael...aka, " The Coffee Guru" ☕️ thank you Sir for the tips on coffee. I recommend this hotel highly!!

Beautiful view for a Nice, affordable Hotel!

The view was amazing! Staff were extremely professional and knowledgeable about the area. Rooms were nice, clean and spacious for two travelers. Complimentary breakfast was good. Coffee set up amazing. Bathrooms were clean with plenty of room. Love the desk area you could use as a vanity table. Rates are very reasonable. Daily room service is upon request only but very prompt on responding with any needs.

No dressers in room, however you do have plenty of closet space. You do have to walk outside to get to breakfast area, but with the view you get not an issue. And a very short walk from room. You are in West Sedona so limited restaurants within reasonable walking distance but a very good one right in front of hotel.

Great location, clean rooms, balcony with stunning views

Location was excellent within walking distance to shopping. Hotel amenities: fitness equipment, massage chairs were good. Friendly & helpful hotel staff. Outdoor fire pit was added bonus

Some items such as pre-prepared fried eggs and tater tots were cold. However, food variety was good. Coffee machine offer lattes and expresso which was excellent. Our room had an unpleasant odor, and Front Desk Manager Micah accommodated us by moving to another room.

Appears to be newly remodeled. Rooms were very aesthetically pleasing.

When we arrived, our room had just been shampooed and they had fans in it to dry the carpet. We had to request a new room. I’m not sure how they expected us to sleep in a wet room with fans blowing in the middle of the winter.

Breakfast selection was SO SO. Scrambled eggs looked unappealing so did not try. Had cereal and a piece of toast instead.Fresh orange juice was delicious. Coffee selections were ample. Not enough tables to sit interior but fortunately weather was nice enough to sit outside.Liked the soap and lotion dispensers in the room vs using a messy bar of soap.

Remote control for AC and heating was very confusing.

Hotel Aiden was a perfect option for stay in Sedona. We got wonderful spacious, airconditioned room with gorgeous balcony with view toward the mountains and the greenery ( its the view toward the main road ). The receptionists are super kind and one of them recommended us the best Mexican and Chinese restaurants so we much appreciated it. The breakfast was very delicious with nice choice of salty and sweet food, although in colder, rainy days the dining area is small and crowded. Hotel has also lovely pool area, as well summer patio for breakfast and relaxation. Rooms are modern, with comfortable beds and huge windows, very nice and modern bathroom.

Hotel is a great value for money, has a great parking space, the staff is wonderful, just that our room had a quite big gap betwen the sliding door and the door frame toward the balcony, so the wind was cooling the room quite a bit during the night. We forgot to inform the hotel staff about that issue though, we are sure they will fix the issue.

SCAMMERS !!!

SCAMMERS!!! Be aware of the FAKE advertisements, the pictures are NOT the reality you will get. There is NO mountain view, the view is on the parking lot see the picture attached. The hotel is very old, located right on the nosy highway. The rooms are really small and smell of old dirty carpet, full of mites, dirty bed sheets with unwashed blood stains and pet hair on them. There is nothing to eat for breakfast, just cold eggs. The conditioner is so loud that it's impossible to sleep, and without it's too hot. The elevator door rings constantly, to wake you up when each guest is coming. The price they're charging for this 1 star hotel is unreasonable, it's better to find the other hotel without a view anyway, but pay the reasonable price. SCAMMERS!!!

I liked the breakfast buffet, good staff were pleasant and helpful. Parking lot was accommodating, but there was not preference parking as stated when we made the reservation. Great location with lots of restaurants close by. The Aiden Best Western restaurants, that were offered on their website were too expensive, compared to other locations.

We wanted to have the room cleaned once if they had time, but no one ever showed up. Basically I got towels and other items from the cleaning lady in the hall. We had a bad experience with the metal soap holder and toilet paper holder in the bathroom. My boyfriend clipped his head on the metal soap holder, and the toilet paper holder in bathroom. The toilet paper holder drew blood, when I went down to the front desk, they gave me Band-Aids to apply to the cut. We did not do anything about the cut on the forehead from the metal piece in the shower. It has now scabbed up and is almost healed.

I would come back

I loved the massage chairs – I could‘ve spent hours in it. The pool is clean and regularly maintained and the gym has a lot to offer. Our room was clean and the breakfast was great!

The only thing I would criticize is the lack of fruit at breakfast. A little fruit salad would’ve been nice.

Sedona Favorite

Everyone involved in the check in/check out process were so friendly! Shout out to Amber. She was very sweet and accommodating and recommended a lot of places of interest. The facilities are TO DIE FOR especially the massage chair. The pool has the most beautiful view and almost everything is within a walking distance.

Not the biggest issue but random cereal all over the room. Then a full glass of cherios under one of the nightstands.

Zen vibe and fabulous breakfast

Convenient location with 2 restaurants in the same parking lot. Some red rock views from upper rooms. Well maintained fenced dog park. Meditation room! Great breakfast selections and a nice patio with fire pit.

Lots of odd mechanical noises ( whirring and tapping) all night. AC worked perfectly but was so loud it startled me as it cycled on. TV remote was so worn that button labels were not visible.
