Very good location and service for the price, near the Anaheim Convention Center

The location was good. The room was clean. It had a minifridge, hair dryer, coffee maker, ports to connect my phone to charge, and a safe which I did utilize. The service from the desk was excellent. Housekeeping came quickly for the extra pillows we requested. I was also able to extend my parking for an additional day (daily parking rate charge)because my conference was not ending until 5pm and it was easier to keep the car there than compete exiting with hundreds of cars at the same time.

The room is smaller than it looks like on the website pictures. It would be helpful to have a toilet separate from the shower - when a person is showering, the other can't use the toilet. I wish the blankets were thicker. I recognize that I could have called for another blanket and should have.

Convince of location

You could hear every move the guest above you made. We had a very active neighbor above us that didn’t settle down until 2am. Didn’t complain at the time because they are just walking around, which they should be allowed to do. The hotel should know the rooms are not well insulated and should not book guest stacked up together.

Magical Stay Without the Disney Price Tag

I stayed at this hotel from January 25–29 during my Disneyland trip, and it was absolutely perfect. The price and value were incredible, and everything was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The front desk staff went above and beyond—they held my bags before check-in, gave great food recommendations, and helped with directions and park tips. The room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was immaculate. The best part was the location—less than a 15-minute walk to Disneyland, close to Downtown Disney, and easy access to the monorail if you want to save your steps. I can’t say enough good things and highly recommend this hotel.

Loved the size of the room, the friendly staff and location to Disneyland.

You could hear the steps and noise from the above room. Thicker comforter or blanket on the bed or available in addition to the existing. No elevators available. Only one handicapped parking space that is a bit awkward with little room. If you have a bigger car, you’ll have to park sideways.

Proximity to Downtown Disney and the parks. You can easily walk there. Clean, good wifi for online meetings.

Excellent accommodations for short stay!

Property was in a great location, especially for the event that we had to go to. We had to go to the Marine Corps ball. Less than a minute walk from the venue 10 to 15 minute walk to downtown Disney and other accommodations.

Great Staff

The service help at the front desk from 10/11/2025 we had an emergency and had checked out early around 5AM. Unfortunately, I don’t remember his name but we are truly grateful for his help. We really appreciate and commend his hospitality and kindness in helping us. Would definitely recommend staying here to everyone and will most definitely reserve this stay for future trips as well.

Rooms with plumbing issues

The hotel is pretty close to Downtown Disney. However, once you reach the main gate there's another 10/15 walk to the parks. So in total takes 25/30 minutes walking to actually enter Disneyland/California Adventure.

In addition to the rooms being poorly maintained and looking neglected, we had many problems with cleanliness in our room. When we arrived at the room on the second night, after a full day at the park, we found the bathroom sink clogged and a very disgusting liquid coming back up through the pipes. In addition, room service did not show up to empty the trash cans or bring new towels (something I had asked for at the front desk, and the person said it was included in the daily rate). After complaining, we were offered a room change. Although it was late at night, we agreed, as we couldn't stay in a room with the sink in that condition. The next morning, we were asked if we would like room service, and we confirmed. But to our surprise, on the third night, no one had entered the room to collect the trash or change the towels again. In addition, this time it was the bathtub that was clogged. As we had been told the night before that only that suite was available, we decided to deal with the bathtub ourselves and continue our stay for two more days. To be fair, room service showed up on the next day.

Nearly wonderful stay at a classic-style hotel within a short walking distance of Disney's entrance.

The front desk staff were fantastic. I appreciated the location and the fact that the hotel almost exactly met my expectations. The bed was spacious, the room was good, the view was fine, and it was good value for money. They were also very flexible with early check-in and late check-out based on my arrival / departure times.

The only thing that really dragged for me was the air conditioning. It was loud to the point of waking me up regularly and not as effective as I would have expected for as warm as Anaheim often gets, so I had to keep it running. I also didn't get my room cleaned on the day I'd requested, but I think that was because I assumed it would be done by 2pm, when I unexpectedly came back for a couple of hours and put the Do Not Disturb sign up. So that's on me.

Great Location... That's it.

Truly the only thing I liked was the walk-able distance to Disneyland. I think that's the main attraction and if you don't plan on staying the whole day in the room, then it's ok for what it is.

Where do we start? - Bathroom door does not close all the way - The tub faucet leaks - The shampoos and conditioner bottles aren't full - TV is outdated - Refrigerator took a long time to turn on and didn't cool all the way

The staff was nice and courteous but overall it was a horrible experience.

The location was perfect for events at the Anaheim Convention Center.

We could hear everything from the room above us. It was very loud and persisted every night until midnight. We called the front desk who said they would deal with it but it continued. Additionally, while the room looked clean I found some small bug in my bed and killed it. I had several bites on my legs and my daughter complained about something in her bed as well. Lastly, the pull out couch was extremely uncomfortable. The cushion was thin and I could feel every cross bar. There was no back support at all.

So convenient and close to both Disney and Anaheim Convention Center . Easy parking and plenty of spots available at least during our stay. Clean and I liked the floors instead of carpet. Easy access from the streets.

Not much to complain about.. but for me blankets were very light and I’m more of a thicker blanket person. Beds sheets were a little rough.
