everything was great! However, we missed out on dinning at the bar and eating at the hotel. it was closed during our visit which forced us to find alternate arrangements. i would stay again!

Highly recommend

The rooms and facilities were clean, very comfortable and spacious. The staff were super helpful and went out of their way for us as well as we’re happy and kind!

Location

The noise we were in 209 next to the equipment for the hotel and our room was noisy. We went down at 1:30am to ask if we could change rooms and couldn’t because it was all booked up so we got no sleep that night. We have stayed there multiple times and if was good and this time was terrible and nothingg was done about it we will not stay there again.

A comfortable cozy inn amongst the eucalyptus trees!

The hotel has a comfortable feel about the place. The rooms are updated,clean,and comfortable beds. Able to walk to shops and restaurants. The in-house restaurant is good as well. Free parking is a plus too.

Good option to stay in Saratoga

We got a room that didn't match the photos and our expectations. We asked to change it, but the hotel was fully booked, so we had to stay there for the first night. However, the next day we were given an upgraded suite which was amazing: lot of light, enough furniture, large bathroom. In general - very clean suites and professional staff. Also, stream sound from the outside.

We received the room at the top floor, which looked as not fully equipped. Since on photos and in other rooms we saw additional furniture such as chair, alarm clock and lamps. Also the room was very dark.

First, costume service, waiting almost 1 hours for check in, but we paid a month before, no clean at 100 %, coffee maker was not working, no silver ware, and paid extra for breakfast, for real?????, the staff was no helpful. The price is no worth it, is not about the money it was about experience and feel comfortable, thanks

Did not have breakfast there. Didn't even know if there was a restaurant there.

No confirmation on requested Accessible room til we got there. Only one vertical bar at head of shower while shampoo, etc were at the back. No crossbar going across. Bed frame was too small for the king size box spring. Bed slanted to one side. Bed frame stuck out on opposite side hitting ankles on that side. No room service at 10pm. No wifi unless you signed up to become a Hilton member. The price was too expensive to get this kind of service.

Our room was not ready when we arrived. There was also a long line of people waiting for their rooms. We waited a while then gave up and cancelled the room. We booked a room at a different hotel in San Jose.

I would highly recommend the Inn for anyone visiting the Saratoga area.

We stayed at the Inn at Saratoga because we were visiting the Mountain Winery which is just a 10 minute drive from the Inn. The room and beds were very comfortable and the small stream next to our our room provided some gentle water sounds all through the night.
