Good
Too noisy children running in the hallways very late hours and a lot of building renovations. We should have been informed that there would be renovations going on at the time we made our reservations. I really liked the location but I don't think I would go back.

I was worried it would be noisy in the room as there were young hockey players staying there. Kim, at the front desk, told me she tried very hard to see that there was no noise after 10. She delivered - it was quieter than during other stays with no hockey team in the place!
The lighting was not great for reading in bed. The breakfast was not as good as it has been in the past but there were a lot of young guests who were there at the same time. It was crowded and the cooked food was a bit overdone.

Met some nice people working the facility and breakfast with the mermaid
We asked for a joining rooms a month prior to stay and they didn’t accommodate so made our stay difficult with an Autistic child and 3 others. The bathroom fan was broke as well as the toilet, I found someone’s else’s article nails on the floor and other small things that were missed during cleaning in both rooms. The pool is very small and the liner needs attention. The breakfast was not very good but we did manage to find something or Tim Hortons is across the parking lot. I’m disabled and no parking available close to entrance. I dint think we will return.
