Staff were so lovely on front desk and gave us a beautiful upgrade for our anniversary. Room was fabulous. Location is super, easy enough to get around if you use the free trolly bus. Uber also readily available

The location, the building and the people were all great. We enjoyed getting breakfast at Perle Mesta.
The only thing we didn’t like is the AC didn’t seem to adjust to the temperature we chose.
We were hot and had trouble sleeping.
The temperature was about 70. Not terrible but we need it a bit cooler for sleep.
