The room was well equipped with everything i needed for my 2 week stay at Whistler. Close to shops, pubs, the village stroll etc. I had a washer and dryer in the room which was super convenient as I was mtb riding every day.
The only thing I would say is that there was no direct control over the air conditioning. It was quite warm and would be nice to come back to a cool room. But it was no big deal.

Great location, everything village based was walkable
There was a constant old musty smell throughout the stay that we reported on day 1 but was not addressed. The accommodation was incredibly dated & tired

Good location. Full kitchen and washing machine and dryer in apartment. Spacious
Very long-winded notes re arrival and departure -- hard to find most important information first eg check in. Check in by calling very hard as difficult to find where it was and then didn't get through when called anyway. Luckily a tenant explained and helped us.
Bed fixed to wall on one side so hard to get out of bed on that side

The facility itself was fully adequate. It had a nice hot tub. room was nice with a full kitchen.
The one thing that was so horrible that it made the whole rest of experience, barely worth it was checking in. It took me over two hours to check in and no one seemed to know how to get me up to my room. The keys were in the room, but I couldn’t get up to the room to get them. Finally, a nice lady who wasn’t even responsible for check-in to my room. Let me up. The code worked and I was able to get in, but this was after two exceedingly frustrating hours.
