The location is fantastic .

We’ve stayed here many times and like everything about the property.

The studio is located 2 kms away from where you actually checkin. People not being available to pick calls if you have any queries post 8 PM or in the morning before 10 AM

Great location, good value and all you need to be comfortable with a nice sized store in walking distance too.

Contact from host very automated, I didn't really see any staff until the last day, but when I did they were very helpful.

The location was good. The beds were very comfortable. Enjoyed the kitchen facilities, the size of the room and we took advantage of the hot tub located in the pool building.

It was a no smoking room, and we had to sign a form stating we understood this. Yes excellent. But when we opened the door we were overwhelmed by the old scent of cigarettes. If this is a no smoking room, then it should not have made everything in our suitcase smell like old ash tray. Happy we stayed only one night, otherwise I wouldn't have been able to put up with the smell. It would have been a different scenario if I had gone with a group of friends for a ski trip, but a romantic vacation with my spouse in the beginning of summer did not fit well. In addition, there were only two small table fans and the couch looked like it was picked up at a garage sale.
