    The Air condition is not working when I stay

    Got a 2 bedroom unit with hot tub. Ended up on ground floor which allowed for ski in and ski out to the room. Everything was perfect. The only thing that could have been better is a better cleaning. We found a sock behind the nightstand and dust on the windows. It would have gotten a 5* otherwise.

    It was clean and luckily for us there was a fan because on a very hot summer day, the room did not have any air conditioning. Staff were friendly enough but really, we only spoke to three of them. The whole resort was extremely devoid of visitors and I kind of felt like I was in the twilight zone. I was really hoping to take the gondola up to the top and do some photography but it was closed - not sure when - I thought it should be open between 3 and 4pm.

    We stayed here in the summer. The staff were nice, room was clean. However, there is no AC, the only windows that open are for the patio, which don’t have screens, invite mosquitoes inside. Thankfully there was a fan. The only ice machine in the building was not working. I wouldn’t recommend staying here in the summer. Perhaps in the winter, or if your in a pinch.
