The breakfast was good, but it was somewhat cold. The chef was efficient and friendly.
I would like to know why I was charged $150.00 at check-in. This was an unexpected charge.

they put us in a room toilet overflowed. cabinet door to the refrigerator was broken off couch was all tore up room 354
