This was our second stay, due to maintenance issues we were told our chosen room was not going to be available, but they had a similar though slightly smaller room available. Very impressed that the hotel was proactive and contacted us to let us know the concern despite booking through this app. In the end our original room was actually ready for us upon arrival.
No pool, hot tub etc. One of the kitchen island chairs was broken to the point of being a hazard if someone sat on it. Not the end of the world, however we discovered it upon entrance to the room, contacted staff right away and they said someone would come to address it, however no one came. We just put it in the corner and did not use it. Very happy with the room otherwise, they are very nice :)

Breakfast was great and free parking was also perfect for us. We just stayed one night after our flight in to Toronto, so it served our purposes.
Did expect two beds for four people but the second one was a sofa bed. We still slept well and likely should have read the description in more detail.
