The location was perfect, with a lake view. Although it was listed as an ocean view, it was actually a lake view. The property was close to good restaurants and bars, all within walking distance. It was quiet and clean, and the staff and housekeeping were very good.
The mattress and pillows were not comfortable at all. The mattress was extremely soft, and the pillows were very large, which caused back and shoulder pain after the first night. I stayed for three nights and requested smaller pillows, but no alternative options were available. For the remaining nights, I had to sleep without a pillow, which made my back pain worse. Additionally, the building has two floors and no elevator. This was fine for us, but if you have difficulty with stairs, please keep this in mind, or stay at first floor.
