I was very worried after I'd booked and read some very bad reviews about this hotel, but I honestly don't know what some people were talking about. When we saw our room I got such a surprise - it was spacious, spotlessly clean, there was no unpleasant smell and certainly no bugs to be seen, which is what some of the reviews had said. The beds were really comfy, the room was cosy and the airport shuttle was great, taking us yo the airport from where we were able to get the train, metro etc yo wherever we wanted to go, during our 3 night stay. Breakfast was a little cramoed the first morning, so we simply went down later the next 2, and got everything we needed, though the space could be bigger. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and would have no hestation in recommending the Sleep Inn for comfort and convenience for exploring Miami. Our friends arrived 2 nights later and were very happy with their room and said they had a great sleep. We were all going on a cruise and the hotel books a shuttle to take you straight to the cruise port. A great service

Some staff were friendly, others not at all. They ran out of breakfast at 8am - nothing by toast. Building recently remodeled, but toilet in room ran constantly. Bed was nice and soft, AC smelled like a swamp. I would not return.
