We really enjoyed our stay. This hotel offered everything we needed and more. The location was just on the outskirts of Fernie but still very close to everything. We would definitely stay again. We have older children, but would definitely recommend this hotel for families with younger children as it offers a pool with a waterslide and a games room. The breakfast was also a nice bonus.

We stayed at the hotel for one night on July 31 and had an overall pleasant experience.
The room was comfortable and well maintained, with good quality toiletries provided. We also enjoyed the hotel facilities, including the hot tub and dry sauna. The included breakfast was good and added value to our stay.
Our only disappointment was learning upon arrival that rooms booked through third-party platforms such as Agoda are allocated in the basement. This was not communicated during the booking process. Had we known this beforehand, we would have considered booking directly with the hotel or choosing another property.
Overall, the stay was comfortable, but clearer communication regarding room allocation for third-party bookings would greatly improve the guest experience.

I can certainly say the view onto the Elkford River was gorgeous. The business habits of the front desk clerks however, were amateur. Very inefficient. The check in and check out process was so ridiculous. Thank you.
