Bed, pillows and bedding. View and location. The TV size was good. Many places are too cheap for a good size TV in the room.

$9 daily parking fee I didn't know about. Automatic 18% gratuity fee for the buffet at breakfast. Coffee pot instructions has to be plugged in and unplugged to work it and the outlet is behind the heavy cabinet holding the fridge. Water spray from handle when using shower.

I absolutely Loved the grounds the Lakeview was beautiful...the rooms are quite outdated, for the price we paid. The service from the staff was great..Just not the accommodations I expected for the cost of the room!!

My first room smelled of wet mildew...the decor is very outdated. The television should at least be a smart TV in 2025..

Hard to believe its Hilton. Disappointing.

The staff are the assets at this hotel. Friendly with a smile. Polite and helpful.

The room is dated. Carpet is old and dirty. No hot water in our first room ( changed room afterwards). We have to run the hot water tap for quite a while before we have hot water for shower. Cickroach in the room. Missing door at the closet.

It was good overall.

It’s close to NASA space center.

The front desk agent when we checked in was not nice to the people in front of me and to me as well. She asked me if my son is under 5 i said yes he’s only one. He answered saying i know i was just asking for the buffet. I also asked for a bottle warmer for my son’s baby bottle and she said no and that i was the only one that ever asked her for it. Room was clean and nice but It didn’t get cold until early morning.

Great location close to the Johnson Space Center, wonderful view.

Fantastic view. Very close to Johnson Space Center. I loved being contacted by WhatsApp asking if everything was ok. I felt like there was someone out there looking out for me, not just another robot in room xxx. Despite being a bit far from restaurants, the hotel provided me with a list of excellent options to compensate. Useful, thoughtful, thanks.

Not what we expected :-(

The room was a good size.

The Hotel is VERY tired looking and very dated, not what we normally expect from a Hilton. The pictures on the website don't show the deteriation. It was an adjoining room with noisy neighbours on the first night, The pool area was dirty looking and not well kept. In fact we booked the Hotel because it had a pool and we didn't want to use it when we were there.

The view was absolutely stunning! The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable.

Had to share the balcony with the adjoining room. There was a smell to the entire hotel, but I believe it's just because it's old.

The first room we received was not good. My husband complained about the room and got us switched to another room. The next room was very good and comfortable.

We stayed for 3 nights. Great location. Just wish the room would have been a little better air controled with no mold

The views were amazing. We stayed for the 4th of July on the top floor and could see fireworks for miles. The staff was wonderful. Amenities are great.

The room had a distinct odor of mildew with some spots mold visible by the ac and next the ac on the ceiling. Everything felt saturated.

The bathroom. This Hilton is an old building that could use upgrading. When taking a shower, the water would go to scalding quickly. I reported it, but don’t think it was fixed. There is no microwave and the refrigerator didn’t keep things cold

The location of the property was great. The staff was amazing. Front desk was very helpful.

For a Hilton I really expected better. This hotel seriously needs updates. Old carpet, old bathrooms and just falling apart. The doors are so heavy they slam so hard. Every morning all I heard was slamming doors. If you have a baby this is not a good hotel they will not be able to sleep with the doors. No ice maker but they give you complimentary bags of ice but the bag does not fit in the little bucket so bring a cooler I guess. One coffee machine in the lobby so the line is long.
