Customer service was commendable but the room & bed condition detracted from my overall experience.

I was pretty impressed with their fast customer service. The staff members were attentive and quick to address any inquiries I had, making check-in a smooth process. Their willingness to assist really stood out and made a good first impression.

However, there were several drawbacks that impacted my stay. Unfortunately, the hotel room had an unpleasant odor that I found quite off-putting. It smelled distinctly strong, reminiscent of Indian spices, which might be appealing to some but was not to my taste. Another significant issue was the bed. Sadly, it was not only uncomfortable but also made my experience less enjoyable. I found myself tossing and turning throughout the night due to itchiness from the bedding. A good night's sleep is essential when traveling, and this aspect left much to be desired.

Try to reduce on the payments like 2% which is 120drums per room

I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness, the room was reasonably sized (for 1 person for 1 night), the TV has a few English channels (movies & news), there is free covered parking at the property.

Google Maps gave wrong directions from inside the Free Zone, so it took a few attempts to reach the property.

It’s a nice motel , to spend the night, if you don’t need reception and fancy hotel , this one will do the job for you, if you need decent clean comforts safe place to spend the nights, specially, it’s for someone who has car , you can’t get taxi

I'm sorry about this feedback but a lot of missing think in room no refrigerator and no Cattle for Hot Water..and no Slipper available and Floor Don't Have Carpet when i request to reception He told me only this much facility is available in room, He Talk with me rudely and this room not available body lotion..i stay two days but sorry very bad day..
